Helping those in need

Here is the latest word from our relief team (Seth being on that team) and their work in Sendai and the surrounding area.

Our group passing out supplies to those in Ishinomaki.
The cardboard sign on the car says "Church".

There are some really amazing things happening in the relief effort in the North in general. Praising God for the 16 year old boy and his 80 year old grandma rescued after 9 days! They were rescued from their home in Ishinomaki - and on that same day, our guys were in Ishinomaki passing out relief supplies to victims! Seth said he saw the helicopter and rescue workers during the rescue! Amazing!

Please be praying for all those involved in rescue efforts, as they all must be exhausted. The North is quite cold, and many places continue to lack electricity and running water. I can't imagine going day after day in those conditions. Let's pray for the government and their unlimited number of things on their plate right now - that they would have wisdom!
