Nagoya (9 million), the city where our team is working to launch a church, is in part famous for Tebasaki, or chicken wings! Japanese cuisine is much more varied than people tend to think. We tried some on our trip and they were delicious. Here is a picture of the Tebasaki:

Of the 127 million people in Japan, only 0.7% of them are Christian. This means that many people in Japan go their entire life without ever meeting a Christian, hearing an explanation of the gospel, or having an understanding of the Bible. We believe that God has a plan to change Japan. Our team is working to start a church plant in Nagoya, Japan this year.
Take a minute to go to our MSGF website and watch our 5 minute Introduction video that shares about the needs in Japan and why we are working there.
